Shipping & Returns

Free shipping will be provided within the United States. Your print will be carefully rolled in tissue paper and shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube for protection. As these are custom items, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Dimensions

The dimensions of the poster depend on the size you select when ordering. We offer various sizes to fit your specific needs. Please refer to the product options for the available sizes.

Ideal image quality:  300 DPI (dots per inch) or more.

  • 8″×10″: The image should be 2400×3000 pixels.
  • 12″×12″: The image should be 3600×3600 pixels.
  • 11″×14″: The image should be 3300×4200 pixels.
  • 16″×20″: The image should be 4800×6000 pixels.
  • 20″×30″: The image should be 6000×9000 pixels.
  • 24″×36″: The image should be 7200×10800 pixels

Care Instructions
